- Customs and export formalities, including the end-user and end-use information that some parts require.
- Special handling for batteries, pressurised items, chemicals, fluids and oversized parts, under the applicable dangerous-goods rules.
- Tracking and dispatch confirmation with carrier and tracking number.
Shipping terms
Shipping costs and times depend on the destination, weight, dimensions, declared value and any special handling. They are stated in your quotation before you confirm the order. Import duties and local taxes are payable by the customer unless the quotation says otherwise.
