Article 1 – Shipping destinations
1.1 Worldwide shipping
We ship aircraft parts, components and equipment worldwide, subject to applicable laws, export controls, international sanctions, carrier availability and customs requirements.
1.2 Restricted destinations
We do not ship to countries, territories, individuals or organisations affected by an embargo, trade restriction or international sanction in force on the date of the order. A shipment may also be refused where the export or delivery of the product is restricted because of the destination, the identity of the purchaser, consignee or end user, the intended end use, the classification of the product, or a restriction imposed by a carrier, insurer, customs or other competent authority.
1.3 Verification before shipment
Accepting an order or receiving payment is not a final confirmation that shipment is legally authorised. We may carry out compliance checks before dispatch and may ask for information about the customer, consignee, end user, aircraft, operator, destination and intended use. If an order cannot legally or operationally be shipped, we may suspend or cancel it and refund the amount paid for the products concerned.
1.4 Delivery address
The customer must give a complete and deliverable address, the recipient’s name, the company name where applicable, a telephone number and the information needed for customs clearance. We may refuse delivery to a post office box or forwarding address.
Article 2 – Shipping methods and costs
The shipping method is chosen according to the destination, dimensions, weight, value, sensitivity and regulatory classification of the product: postal service, express courier, freight forwarder or air freight.
Shipping costs depend on the destination, dimensions, weight, declared value, insurance and any special handling. They are stated in the quotation or communicated before the order is confirmed.
We may require transport insurance for high-value, fragile, serialised, certified or safety-sensitive parts. Additional costs may apply to batteries, pressurised items, chemicals, fluids, oversized parts and any goods subject to dangerous-goods or special-handling rules. A signature, identity check or proof of authority to receive the goods may be required on delivery.
Article 3 – Dispatch and delivery times
The estimated dispatch time is stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Dispatch takes place after payment is confirmed and after any required compliance, identity, export-control and documentation checks.
The total delivery time includes order preparation, compliance verification, dispatch, carrier transit and customs clearance. Delivery times vary with the destination, carrier, customs procedures, holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our control. Unless we confirm a guaranteed deadline in writing, dispatch and delivery times are estimates only.
Any request identified as urgent or AOG (aircraft on ground) must be accepted in writing by us. Using an urgent shipping service does not guarantee a delivery time where delays result from customs, export-control procedures or carrier operations.
Article 4 – Shipment tracking
When the order is dispatched, we send a dispatch confirmation by email that may include the dispatch date, the carrier, the tracking number and a tracking link.
No change of delivery address is guaranteed once the order is confirmed. Carrier charges resulting from a change, redirection or new delivery attempt may be invoiced to the customer.
Article 5 – Customs and export controls
International shipments may be subject to export and import declarations, licences, certificates, duties, taxes and brokerage charges. The customer must provide the information and documents reasonably required for customs clearance.
Unless the quotation says otherwise, import duties, local taxes, customs charges and brokerage fees in the destination country are payable by the customer.
Some parts, avionics, electronic components, software or technical data may be subject to export controls. Where required, dispatch takes place only after the necessary licence or authorisation has been obtained. We may ask for the identity of the final consignee and end user, the aircraft registration or serial number, the operator or maintenance organisation, the intended use and an end-user statement. We may suspend or cancel an order if this information is incomplete, inaccurate or not provided. The rules applicable are those in force when the order is reviewed and when it is dispatched.
Article 6 – Receipt and delivery issues
6.1 Inspection on delivery
On receipt, the customer must inspect the external condition of the shipment and check the parcels, the part number and serial number, the quantity and the documents. If damage is suspected, photograph the packaging before opening it, and keep all packaging and documents.
6.2 Reservations to the carrier
If damage, missing parcels or signs of tampering are visible, the customer should record precise written reservations with the carrier before accepting the shipment, whenever possible.
6.3 Damaged, lost or incorrect shipments
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order or invoice number, the tracking number, a description of the problem and photographs of the packaging, the part, its label, part number and serial number. If the product received is not the product ordered, do not install, power, test or modify it. For a shipment shown as delivered but not received, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
6.4 Address problems and unclaimed shipments
We are not responsible for a delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Storage, correction, return and reshipment charges may be invoiced to the customer. Goods that are not collected within the period set by the carrier or customs may be returned, stored or disposed of according to their procedures, at the customer’s cost where the law allows.
Article 7 – Return policy
7.1 Aircraft parts
A returned part must remain in the same condition, configuration and documentary status as when it was delivered. The customer must keep the part number and serial number, identification plates and labels, seals and protective devices, original packaging where available, certificates and traceability documents, and all accessories and manuals.
7.2 When a return is possible
A return may be accepted where the product does not conform to the order, was damaged before or during delivery, was supplied by mistake, has a lack of conformity established under the applicable law, where a consumer validly exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, or where we have expressly authorised a commercial return.
7.3 Parts that may be refused
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, a return may be refused, or a deduction applied, where the part has been installed or an installation attempted, powered or tested, opened, disassembled, repaired, modified or recalibrated, damaged, contaminated or stored incorrectly, returned with a different part number or serial number, returned without its documents or with altered certificates, or returned incomplete.
7.4 Special orders and compatibility
Special-procurement, non-stock, customised or specifically sourced parts may be non-cancellable and non-returnable where this was stated in the quotation. The customer must check the exact part number, dash number, modification status and aircraft applicability before ordering. A returns request from a professional customer based on an incorrect choice of reference requires our prior written approval.
Article 8 – Return procedure
Contact us before returning any part, so that the shipment can be identified and handled safely. Please send the order or invoice number, the reason, the description, the part number, the serial number, the quantity and photographs of the part, its labels, documents and packaging.
If the return is authorised, we may issue a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number with the return address, the packaging requirements, the documents to include and the customs instructions for an international return.
Pack the part to suit its weight, value and fragility. Protect electronic and avionics equipment against electrostatic discharge, and cap connectors, threads and sensitive surfaces. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the return results from our error, from damage before delivery, from an established lack of conformity, or from any other case where the law requires us to bear the cost. A tracked and insured service is strongly recommended.
On receipt we verify the identity, condition, packaging, accessories and documents of the part. Evidence of installation, operation, modification, contamination, altered documents or missing components may affect the acceptance or value of the return, subject to mandatory rights. Approved refunds are made with the original payment method. Business returns may be subject to inspection, recertification, testing or restocking conditions stated in the quotation.
