Article 1 – Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods, as stated in the quotation or on the invoice:
- Bank transfer
- Payment by bank card, through a secure payment link sent to you by email

Payment is made in the currency stated in the quotation. Bank charges are the Customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Article 2 – Bank card payments
Card payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROVIDER], a certified payment service provider. Card details are entered on the provider’s secure page. We never see, receive or store your full card number.
Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with strong customer authentication (for example 3-D Secure).
Article 3 – Bank transfers and fraud warning
Our bank details are written on our quotations and invoices only. We will never change our bank details by email alone. If you receive a message asking you to pay to a different account, or you have any doubt about a payment request, call us on [PHONE] before paying.
Article 4 – Invoices
An invoice is issued for every order and sent by email. It states the part, the quantity, the price, the taxes and the payment terms.
Article 5 – Order verification and fraud prevention
For security and regulatory reasons we may verify the identity of the Customer and the payer, and may request supporting documents before accepting an order or shipping goods. We may suspend or cancel an order that appears fraudulent or that fails our compliance checks, and refund any amount paid for it.

Late payment is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 7 – Refunds
A refund is made with the payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is agreed in writing. The conditions for returns are in Shipping and Returns.
