Beyond the supply of parts, PAPCO Aviation offers three services that support the safety and continuity of your operations: independent audits of your suppliers, audits of your own organisation, and the organisation of the mandatory simulator training of your pilots.
Supplier Audits
Your aircraft are only as safe as the supply chain behind them. We audit the companies you buy from or are about to work with: quality management system (against recognised aerospace requirements such as AS9100 and EN 9100), traceability and documentation, counterfeit and unapproved part prevention, storage and handling, and delivery performance.
You receive a written report listing the findings, their severity and the evidence behind each one, and we follow up on the supplier’s corrective action plan. Our audits are independent assessments carried out at your request; they are not certification or accreditation audits.
Client Audits
Before an authority inspection, a customer audit or a certification audit, it helps to know exactly where you stand. We audit your own organisation: quality management system, purchasing and supplier control, traceability and documentation, receiving inspection and handling of suspect parts, and storage conditions.
You receive a written report with the findings, their severity and the supporting evidence, and we review your corrective action plan. These audits are independent assessments; they are not certification or accreditation audits.
Pilot Simulator Training
Pilots must complete mandatory training and checks in a flight simulator at regular intervals. We organise these sessions for you with approved partner training organisations and simulator operators: type rating and conversion training, recurrent training and proficiency checks, instrument rating renewals, and scenario-based sessions.
We check the applicable requirements, propose dates, locations and prices, book the slots, handle the paperwork and pass on the training records after each session.
